What is Hypnosis?

Advanced hypnotherapy uses trance, to channel untapped resources of the sub-conscious mind. By bypassing the conscious mind it enables you to speed up what can be a lengthy learning process.
Can I Be Helped without Going into a Trance?
Deep trance is only one of the methods of Advanced hypnotherapy/ psychotherapy. There are many avenues of approach to the sub-conscious mind in order to overcome problems or achieve Personal Growth.
How Many Sessions Would I Expect to Attend?
This varies dependant on what you wish to achieve and whilst it is not possible to predict in advance of meeting a Client, hypnotherapy achieves results fast because of the direct interaction with the sub-conscious mind.
Will I Lose Control?
Far from losing control, what hypnosis does is allows you take control of your body and conscious mind.
